The qualities of being a good leader is getting everyone to listen to you and agree. If they need help they should come and ask you not someone else because you are the leader. Everyone should believe that you are going to lead them in the right direction. If they don't follow you, you should be the one to tell them. You have to be sure of yourself and not let your friends get the best of you. You need to sacrifice for that time and get what needs to be done basically done.

Zain, this is a great paragraph.
In your first sentence you stated that it is important for a leader to get poeple to listen to them. What would happen if there weren't these qualities in a leader? If no one was listening to to the leader, the leader wouldn't be able to give his input! Also your comment that Everyone should believe that you are going to lead them in the right direction is a great idea. If the crowd is confident that you will bring them to their goals, you have accomplished your own aims as a leader. Zain, Great Job.
